Allergen Information

Each box contains allergen information, full ingredients list is available on each product on our website.

Storage

Once your goods have arrived, please store them in the fridge. Our mini cakes can be kept for 7 days, with brownies up to 3 weeks.

Missed Delivery

If the customer has missed the delivery, Royal Mail will notify you through the tracking information you provided. And offer other options for yourself.

Priority Dispatch

All our mini cakes are available on Priority Dispatch- this means they are dispatch Next Working Day. This excludes weekends, therefore priority dispatch selected on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. 

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is available for the following postcodes; LE4, LE11, LE12, LE67 - £2. Please select this option at checkout. This takes places on the "Dispatch Date" you have selected between 4:30pm-7:30pm. Where possible if a customer is not in we will leave in a safe place and let the customer know. If this is not possible, the parcel will return to our studio and another time arranged with the customer.

Discounts

We do have sales at various periods of the year. Keep an eye on our social media for these. Additionally, sign up to our rewards scheme to collect points snd these points can be converted into money off.

Free From Products

Whilst we are NOT a free from kitchen, we do our best to ensure when making free from products that this is done in a clean & safe environment to prevent cross-contamination. 

Shipping information

We currently use Royal Mail 48hr  Tracked (£4.35) and Royal Mail 24hr Tracked (£5.45).

 

The customer will receive tracking details when dispatched and a delivery window for your parcels arrival.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked - aims for next working day delivery.

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked- aims for 2 working days.

Please note this does not include weekends.

Incorrect Address Entry

If you have entered the shipping address incorrectly, please let us know at the earliest convenience and we will be happy to change this ASAP- info@lucyclairebakes.co.uk.

Unfortunately, if the address has been entered incorrectly and the Royal Mail website has failed to pick up on this we are unable to process a refund if the parcel has already been dispatched.

Shipping Boxes 

All our products are shipped in a branded Lucy Claire Bakes Box in a white postal bag. These are both recyclable.

Invoice

Your invoice will be emailed to yourself. We do not send them in the boxes. If you would like another copy please let us know and we would be happy to send one. 

Food Hygiene

We work in a 5* Food Hygiene kitchen and certified with a level 2 food hygiene certificate.

Lost or Damaged Parcel

If your order has been lost or damaged in transit, we will send out a new product at the earliest opportunity.  

Dispatch

We dispatch on a Tuesday and Thursday, please note this is the day that this leaves our studio and NOT the delivery date. Dates are available to pre-order 4 weeks in advance. 

Cut off date

We cut off dates for each week on a Monday at 12pm for the coming week. Additionally, new dates are added at the same time.

Collection

We offer free collection from Loughborough for all our online shop products. This is non-contact collection. You will receive an email on the day with details and usually collection options are between 12pm & 7pm.
